Standing Seam Roof in Paint Grip finish and an IB Roof System on Flat Roof

This home was designed by the last living student of Frank Lloyd Wright. This is a 10,000 sq ft home at 4818 Brookview in Dallas Texas. The IB Roof Systems is an Elastomeric Membrane that has a Lifetime Non-Prorated Warranty. The Standing Seam Roof is 24 ga. Steel. We also installed 25 custom made skylights on this home.
