This was the first roof of this type installed in Robson Ranch, at 10000 Soriano Dr, and had to be approved by the Archritectural Control Committee. Obviously approved, the roof weathered the severe storms Spring 2011, no damage, but all the neighbors are jealous, they are re-roofing their composition roofs.
