We start by looking at the structure and the way every roof plane connects. Material, profile and seam decisions follow the building’s geometry, exposure and visual character. That planning is especially important where a custom section joins slate, copper, composition or flat roofing.
Details That Complete a Custom Roof
A custom roof is judged at its transitions. Valleys have to carry runoff without becoming visual clutter. Wall and chimney flashing must remain watertight while accommodating movement. Edges and terminations should look intentional from the ground and perform when North Texas weather turns severe.
