Every roof starts the same way: someone from our shop in Haslet looks at the roof, measures it, and writes an estimate you can read. Nothing is quoted from a satellite image.

Often yes. Stone coated steel is light enough that many reroofs go over the existing roof on a batten system, which saves tear-off and keeps shingles out of the landfill. We confirm it on site, because the decking and local code decide it, not the brochure.
No. The panels sit on decking with underlayment, not on open framing like a barn, so rain sounds about the same as it does under a shingle roof.
The opposite in most cases. Metal reflects heat rather than absorbing it, and lighter colors reflect more, which is why so many North Texas customers choose them.
We inspect the roof, document what we find and write the scope. You file with your carrier, and we work from the approved scope so you know what is covered before the crew shows up.
Most homes are a matter of days once materials are on site, and we tell you the window in writing. Custom copper and slate work takes longer because much of it is fabricated by hand.
